Turnaround depends on receiving completeness, whether instructions and FNSKU data are ready, prep complexity, and your inbound ship date. Rush is possible when capacity and materials allow, and is confirmed case by case.
Can you receive inventory from an overseas supplier?
Often yes when freight is addressed to our Rancho Cucamonga location and you provide commercial documents and SKU expectations. Customs brokering is a separate service owned by your broker or importer of record.

If a shipment arrives damaged, we document damage at receiving, share photos and counts, and wait for your disposition. Carrier claims stay with the party that owns the freight terms.
