Core checklist: send these every time
These details let us scope labor, materials, proofs, and scheduling without guessing.
- Services needed - name each step, or the full combined sequence (for example label, then shrink, then kit).
- Product dimensions - length, width, height, and any fit notes for boxes, mailers, or film.
- Quantity - target units for this run (and say if a pilot before a larger replenishment would help).
- Pack photos or diagrams - how units should look when finished, including orientation or bundle layout when it matters.
- Artwork or label status - ready files, needs review, print-and-apply vs apply-only, or barcode / channel IDs you already have approved.
- Packaging supply path - you supply materials, we source them, or a mix.
- Need-by date - launch, inbound appointment, or other hard date if you have one.

Extras by job type
Add these when the project includes kits, Amazon inbound prep, or returns. They keep pack-outs and dispositions consistent.
Kitting and assembly
- Component list with quantities per kit
- Photo or diagram of the finished arrangement
- Insert, wrap, or outer-label notes if those are part of the same pass
Amazon FBA prep
- Approved FNSKU or other Amazon IDs you already have
- Prep instructions (polybag, bundle, carton labels, and any other inbound rules you follow)
- Where finished cartons need to go after prep
Returns rework
- Disposition and condition checklist (sellable, repair, scrap, or other paths you approve)
- Relabel or repack rules for units that return to sellable stock
- Whether replacement packaging or shrink wrap is part of the same pass
Boxes, mailers, labeling, and shrink
For custom printed boxes and bags or mailers, say whether we should source blanks or print or brand materials you already own. We brand poly mailers with custom printed labels, using bags we source or packaging you supply. Kraft and paper mailers can take direct print when the substrate is compatible.
For product labeling and relabeling, note print-and-apply vs apply-only, placement on bottles, jars, or cartons, and any channel change. For shrink wrapping and multipacks, include pack photos and orientation rules so 2-packs, 4-packs, or variety bundles stay scannable and consistent.
Materials: source, supply, or mix
Either path works. You can supply boxes, poly, labels, film, and inserts, or we can source them as part of the quote. Material cost is called out separately from labor so you can see the build. Send samples or exact specs before a large ship-in when printability or label placement matters.

We review fit, materials, proofs, and scheduling against the sequence you described. Straightforward jobs with clear dimensions and quantities are usually answered quickly during business days. Complex multi-step programs may need a short clarifying pass before numbers are firm.
If you have a hard launch or inbound date, put it in the subject line or form notes. Production timing after approval depends on materials readiness, proof sign-off, and floor schedule. Timing and project minimums are confirmed on each quote.

Do I need final artwork before I request a quote?
No. Tell us artwork or label status as it stands today. New print and label-print jobs typically receive a digital proof before production. Physical first articles on actual blanks can be quoted when you need that checkpoint.
Can one quote cover labeling, shrink wrapping, and kitting together?
