Send these for every ship-in or drop-off project
- Origin - where product (and any supplied materials) are coming from, and whether the inbound is parcel, freight, or local drop-off.
- SKU list and counts - what is arriving and how many units or cartons you expect.
- Services needed - labeling, shrink, kits, FBA prep, print, returns rework, or a combined sequence in order.
- Product dimensions - length, width, height, and any fit notes for boxes, mailers, or film.
- Pack photos or diagrams - finished look when orientation, bundle layout, or kit arrangement matters.
- Artwork or label status - ready files, needs review, print-and-apply vs apply-only, or barcode / channel IDs you already have approved.
- Packaging supply path - you supply materials, we source them, or a mix.
- Receiving notes - anything the quote should confirm before freight leaves (marking, packing list expectations, or other inbound preferences you already use).
- Where finished goods go - return to you, ship to another warehouse, Amazon inbound, or another destination you name.
